- Why roaster?

Behind every business is an idea. We could summarize the idea behind the roaster in one word – breakfast.

We had a dream – to serve a great breakfast.

At a time when much is done and we live with many choices, sometimes it can feel as if it is simply too much of everything, we decided to do a few things. And do it as best we can.

We are inspired by the idea of a breakfast based on the few well-chosen ingredients. And Österlen was the best place we could find. Good selection and long season.

Here we found Vilhelmsdals cheese, conserves from Olof Viktors, tomatoes and berries from Ingelstorp, herring from Buhres and sausage from Ingelsta. Among other things.

The only thing we lacked was freshly roasted coffee.

The task we presented Norrgavel founder Nirvan Richter, was unequivocal: create an environment in every way conducive to good conversation.

Now in spring, you can book your business meeting at Kafferosteriet, provided that you are not more than 14 people. The environment is customized for small groups and you are guaranteed alone with us.

We have composed a setting with the best Österlen has to offer in terms of accommodation and meals.
