- Do you remember last summer, when we had that wonderful breakfast?

The bread was from Olof Viktor’s wood-fired stone oven, the cheese and yoghurt were from Vilhelmsdals Gårdsmejeri, the conserve and muesli were also from Olof Viktor, the bacon came from Ingelsta Kalkon, the liver paté was from Ängavallen and the herring was from Kåseberga.

The only thing missing was freshly-roasted coffee. With an eye on every detail, we decided to make our own little coffee roast, which we call the Kafferost.

The day we want to complete the breakfast table with Mozzarella cheese you’ll probably find some lovely buffalos in the garden.

Now you can enjoy the same delicious breakfast as last  year with the coffee roasted on the premises. You are welcome every day from June 25th, 8am to 10am. Please call us to book a table 0411-556688. The price is 160 kronor, if you don´t stay at the hotel.

From June 25th, it´s also possible to visit our coffee roastery. We are open every day 12 to 5pm. You can buy coffee beans and also try an espresso.
